“Trusted E. Lionfish” Has 25 years experience and is looking for a new role as a VP of Engineering in San Francisco Bay Area.

I want to build and run great teams. I aim to lead 1 to 4 cross-functional, user-focused teams that frequently deliver business value. The teams I create are inclusive, collaborative, and driven by a sense of purpose.

My broad experience across size of company and role (including tech support in college, followed by sysadmin, developer, process consultant, and startup co-founder) means I'm well suited to create teams that work closely with the rest of the company to solve problems for our users.

I plan to spend the next several years building a leading engineering organization, one with such a good reputation for culture, practices, and results that people are eager to work there, making it easy to grow as business needs require. If that excites you, let's talk.
